Alejandro is great! My 14 year old son built his own gaming PC which subsequently stopped working. He diagnosed and repaired it while also patiently explaining everything to both of us. Beyond his technical excellence, he was kind, responsive and efficient. He even brought the repaired PC to our home, installed it and made sure everything was set up and running.
