Everyone was amazing from the front desk to Dr Rostan! She listened to my concerns and answered every question and took her time with me then Alexxa went over options and pricing with me she helped me to work out the best plan for me. They both where very kind and wanted me to understand that they would do all they could for me so I could be the best possible version of myself .I will write another review as soon as I receive all my treatments. My experience with Dr. Rostan and Charlotte Skin and Laser has been great. I had the Ultraclear laser with coring two months ago. My skin looks great, and the fine lines and even the deeper wrinkles are much improved and I am expecting more improvement over the next few months. My face was a little more red than I had anticipated after a month, so they gave me two complimentary treatments me with another laser for redness and I am very pleased with the results. I would definitely recommend Charlotte Skin and Laser and Dr. Rostan.

I researched and found that Dr. Tonya McLeod is one of the best Plastic Surgeons around. I called to schedule an appointment and was on a waiting list (of over 6 months). I didn’t let the wait deter me. I waited patiently, calling back weekly for any cancellation I could grab. My appointment wait date continued to get shorter and shorter by the week. Finally, it was time for my appointment. I drove over an hour to get there. Once I arrived, I noticed that the office stays quite busy, but the check-in staff managed to keep up. My wait time in the lobby was approximately 30 mins but I didn’t mind at all. Once being called back and meeting her, I must say that she is totally worth the wait. Very knowledgeable, professional and personable. She was able to initiate a solution for me and even recommended other products to improve my skin and health. I am so mad that I waited so long to make an appointment with Dr. McLeod. She is incredibly knowledgeable, personable, efficient, and kind. I struggled with AD for many years and she quickly resolved the vast majority of the issue and educated me on ongoing care in one visit. I highly recommend her services.
