“Dr. Ahmad A. Kashif graduated from Cairo University School of Medicine. He finished his rheumatology fellowship at Yale University School of Medicine in New Haven, Connecticut, from 1991-1993. Dr. Kashif earned his internship and residency in internal medicine at St. Mary’s Hospital and Yale University School of Medicine. He is board-certified in rheumatology by the American College of Rheumatology. He has been a North Carolina Rheumatology Associate since 2002. He has been at Mecklenburg Medical Society and North Carolina Medical Society since 1993. He has had a long-standing clinical and research interest in Rheumatologic conditions. Dr. Ahmad has been the principal investigator in many research studies in the area of immune-mediated disease, osteoarthritis, and osteoporosis.
