“Dr. Ahmad A. Kashif is one of the leading rheumatologists in Charlotte. He graduated from Cairo University School of Medicine. He finished his rheumatology fellowship at Yale University School of Medicine in New Haven, Connecticut from 1991-1993. Dr. Kashif earned his internship and residency in internal medicine at St. Mary’s Hospital and Yale University School of Medicine. He is board-certified in rheumatology by the American College of Rheumatology. He has been a North Carolina Rheumatology Associate since 2002. He has been at Mecklenburg Medical Society and North Carolina Medical Society since 1993. He has had a long-standing clinical and research interest in Rheumatologic conditions. Dr. Ahmad has been the principal investigator in many research studies in the area of immune-mediated disease, osteoarthritis, and osteoporosis.
