He did his Residency and Internship at the University of Texas Southwestern Medical Center at Dallas. He also finished his Fellowship in Pituitary and Skull Base Surgery at Hôpital Foch, Suresnes, Paris, France. Dr. E. Hunter Dyer is a member of the American Board of Neurological Surgeons, Congress of Neurological Surgeons, and the Christ Episcopal Church. He has been the physician leader of CNSA for 20 years.
