Our experience at the University office with Dr. Norris and his staff was fantastic. Dr. Norris is an excellent clinician, who is intelligent, approachable, kind, and very down to earth. His staff was also kind and caring to my daughter who was nervous about having allergy testing. They ran on time and also updated us as testing progressed. I highly recommend this office. Great customer service..great experience.

Dr Norris is definitely the man to see if you have any problems breathing. I have greatly improved since going to the clinic. And the staff is wonderful and they communicate with you so everything is easily understood Thank You.

Dr. Norris is an incredible physician with wonderful bedside manner. He takes his time with patients and is very knowledgeable and up to date in his field. We love him.

Dr. Richard Collins at Carolina’s Asthma & Allergy Specialists is wonderful! He always takes the time to talk with me and ask how I’m doing. We even chat about family — he’s very personable and easy to talk to. His nurses and the front desk staff are all friendly and welcoming. I always feel well cared for at each visit.

I’ve been coming here for over six years now. The staff has always been kind and helpful. Dr. Collins is great and the PA’s are too. Finding the best solution for my needs has never been neglected. The shot room technicians have always been kind, down to earth and helpful as well.

I have been going to the same allergy center for 3 years. Dr. Richard Collins is awesome. While it took good efforts to build up the allergy shots in my body, the past 2 years my allergy have not been bad at all, what a relief!!! Thank you dr. Collins.
