I rarely post reviews, but I feel compelled to do so after interacting with Heather at the Blakeney location. It is not often that someone goes above and beyond for months trying to troubleshoot. This is exactly what Heather did. With each issue, she was incredibly calm, determined, understanding and a true patient advocate. Add in the warmth and cheerleading of Nicole, and I am not sure one could ask for a better experience. I love when things go right the first time around, but life rarely affords that option. I am unbelievably impressed when people like Heather stay on the journey through the bumps and adjust the winds for success. Thank you!.

I have been a patient of Dr. Knudson for over 5 years and without a doubt he and his team is truly the best optometrist office I've ever been to. Dr. Knudson is extremely knowledgeable, friendly, patient and focused on providing the best experience possible regardless of what your eye care needs are. He has two locations but practices more at the Rea Farm location and regardless of which location you go to, you can expect excellent customer service, prompt attention and a professional environment. His offices offer LASIK surgery, contacts lenses, glasses and of course thorough eye exams. Over the years, I've come to consider him more of an friend than my doctor because of his honesty, friendly demeanor and expertise. I highly recommend Carolinas Vision group for all your eye care needs especially if you're looking for a new optometrist or looking to get an reliable, honest second opinion on your vision needs.

The most helpful, caring, and incredible eye care office. They helped me out when I came to town and forgot my glasses/ contacts at home. Wonderful team! Can’t recommend enough.

Excellent, friendly, and knowledgeable staff! Dr. Hamp is awesome! He saw my 83 yr old mother and myself the same day. What a wonderful experience. He was so patient and not one time made us feel like he was rushing along. I would highly recommend him. It’s a good feeling when you’re visiting your doctor and he’s actually looking at you while he’s talking. Not talking as he’s writing or typing. That shows that he really cares. Thank you Dr. Hamp. Also, without a doubt, the friendliest front office, nurses and check out staff ever! To me the front staff are the ones who set the pace of the whole office and experience. We walked in and all we could see was beautiful smiles, they were so sweet. You guys rock!.

I was experiencing issues with my eyes that caused me high anxiety. I immediately called University Eye Associates, explained my issue and they booked me for an appointment later that day. They took my concerns seriously and eased my mind as the doctor explained what was happening. I left the eye doctor feeling so much better and knowing what I need to do moving forward! My wife and I have been Dr. Hamp’s patients for more than a decade. Great optometrist! At age 70 we both needed cataract surgery this year and he recommended a great eye surgeon. I CAN SEE! With no corrective lenses after 45 years! THANK YOU Dr. Hamp!.
