I am someone that is extremely introverted, and typically avoid all things medical like the plague. However, Dr. Haag gave me one of the most pleasant experiences I have ever had. This was my first appointment with a Doctor in years, and he not only got to know me on a personal level, but he also did his best to inform me of what he was doing, giving me advice on the cheapest options, and I felt really went above and beyond in trying do do what was best for me. This has honestly given me the desire to go back with any other needs I have in this related area as I desire to support him for his kindness and support. I can tell that he really loves his job and the people he serves, and his character is phenomenal. I was also encouraged to see how he interacted with his assistant in explaining what he was doing, what he needed, and I could tell really desires everyone to learn what it is that he does, and once again, to make it a pleasant experience for everyone involved.

I've seen a few different professionals in this office and each time the experience leaves me feeling listened to and cared for. This most recent visit with Dr. Haag he gave me some reasonable options for my issue, allowed me time to decide the best course based on my personal wishes. He was neutral and gave good information without bias. I appreciated that, and everyone in the office is always warm and polite.

Always have a great experience with Dr Haag. He is very knowledgeable, always on time, takes lot's of time with you and answers all your questions.

Very grateful for Dr. Hocker and the nurses for willing to work with me. It was very hard to find a doctor willing to cut off a tattoo, I am a special case and cannot get laser removal as it would worsen my problem so the doctor agreed to cut it off, I also don't have insurance and he worked with me on price and made it very affordable. The whole experience was super pleasant. I told them about my mcas and they were very accommodating, they explained what was in everything they were giving me and decided to use the lidocaine without the epinephrine so I wouldnt get an adrenaline rush. The nurses kept me busy with small talk and questions while they worked. The doctor explained everything while he worked. It was just all very pleasant. And the view of the pond with the birds was very calming. I'll be going back to get my last tattoo removed. So so grateful they were willing to help me! The tattoos are causing brain inflammation they are saving me by cutting them off! Thanks so much.

Dr Hocker was recommended to me by a friend and to say the least, I was above anxious just thinking about surgery on my nose. His staff from the receptionist to all the nurses involved were so great to work with, and they all gave me such a calming atmosphere and such loving care. Dr Hocker was such a GREAT doctor to work with. He was also so calming and assuring that everything was going to be fine. It was obvious that he certainly knew what he was doing and certainly had all the qualifications to be working on my face. I would certainly recommend Advance Dermatology to any one who might be in need of a basil cell or a squamous cell procedure, or any reconstruction procedures after Mohs. You never want to have to go to a doctor, but when you can find one and their staff so encouraging and helpful, it is definitely a big plus. Thank you to all of you at Advanced Dermatology for walking me through this procedure so graciously.

This is what a doctor’s visit should be!!! A pleasant and professional experience. Dr Hocker is a doctor who cares about his patients and his staff and it shows. And, the most important element, he does excellent work!!! I wish all of my doctor visits were this successful and enjoyable! A model experience.

He truly cares about his patients and it shows. I've always been very happy with the attention I get for annual skin checks for cancer, mole removal or other services.

Dr. Kaplan and his staff are the best! I have been a patient with them for a number of years and greatly appreciate their attention to personalized care and taking the time to listen and provide consultation in a very relaxed, no pressure manner. Dr. Kaplan is extremely knowledgeable as a dermatologist, including his specialization of rare skin-related cancer conditions. I also appreciate the patience and diligent follow-through with his nursing staff, particularly in navigating through the challenges with insurance approvals.
