I've been seeing Dr. Brown for over 20 years. I had my routine colonoscopy and I had pain BEFORE the procedure. The pain came back and I had to call back for some help. I had WONDERFUL customer service today and yesterday for my colonoscopy, EVERYONE was so kind and SO through. When is the last time anyone ACTUALLY went over all the med info you spent a hour writing down They went through it ALL.

Dr Brown was very professional and personable and made a less than fun procedure go seamless. He’s very good and listened to my family history and was prudent about recommending both upper and lower endoscopy and colonoscopy based on family history of gi cancer. highly recommend.

Fantastic experience here. Dr. Brown and his staff were very caring and took excellent care of me. Dr Brown even took the time to discuss results with me on a Saturday.

Dr. Young spent lots of time with me during my appointments and said even though we could do more extensive testing, if I could control problems with food choices, he wouldn't put me through that. I thought he was attentive and empathetic. And yes I agree the woman at the front desk could be friendlier since she is the first person a patient interacts with.

I have been a patient of Dr. Young off and on for more than 20 years for Crohn's and for a narrowing in my esophagus and I have always had a great experience. I no longer live in the KC area but I travel for two hours to see him because it is worth it to go to an excellent doctor.

I have been a patient of Dr Jeff Young for 18 years. He is very professional and knowledgeable. I have found it easy to ask him questions and he is always open to listen to my concerns about my GI health. I highly recommend him.

I had a wonderful experience seeing Dr. Dailey. He took the time needed to review my medical situation thoroughly. Explained each of the items that I have been dealing with individually and planned options to improve my health in the future. He is very easy to talk with, and helps put your mind at ease with proper information. I have seen other doctors in the past that treated me like a research specimen. I did not feel this way at all during my visit with Dr. Dailey. I would highly recommend anyone see him. He will assess where you are at and give you a plan to move forward with any health issues you are dealing with.

Francis Daley M.D. and staff provide professional, compassionate, and caring services each time I had the occasion to seek gastrointestinal care. The Team always provides thorough, detailed information on procedures and gut care.

Dr Dailey was very nice and I felt good about our visit. He made me feel good about my symptoms and helping me to feeling better.
