He specializes in providing therapy for depression, stress and anxiety, panic attacks, obsessive-compulsive disorder, anger, ADHD, and career concerns. Dr. Phil Alexander uses an active integrative approach, taking into consideration interpersonal factors, faith-based beliefs, physiology, career concerns, family influences, thoughts, and feelings. He has been trained in cognitive-behavioral therapy, solution-focused therapy, relationship therapy, biofeedback, and neurofeedback. He is dedicated to providing personalized care and help to individuals, couples, families, and older adults to complete positive change and a sense of mastery in their lives.
