Dr McCowen actually listens to your concerns, and finds answers. He always greets you with a smile and makes you feel welcomed. He has been my doctor for over 20 years and I consider myself so lucky to have him as my primary care doctor.

Dr. McCowen is so knowledgeable and caring. He makes you feel like you are the most important patient every time you see him. He spends so much time explaining everything. I feel comfortable talking with him about anything and always am amazed at how up to date he appears to be about meds, procedures, everything!.

I have been going to Doctor McCowen for 20 plus years and will continue to do so until he retires. Herbert has taken good care of me and my wife. However long I have to wait to see him I will wait, he is that great.
