We used Platinum Entertainment for my daughters wedding in September 2022. Terrance was AMAZING! He always responded very quickly if not immediately which is not the case with many vendors! Took the time to show us examples and was so patient and fun to work with. We did a custom lighting as well and it was fabulous! I would 100% use them again!! If I could give Terrance more than 5 stars I would! The lighting day of was perfect! If I could.

Customer service and great communication! We used them for a client event and they delivered top notch service from start to finish. Their online portal is efficient and makes the process flawless. Our on-site booth attendant, Ainsley, was the best! His interactions with our guests were professional and lively. He got everyone excited to take their photos and clearly explained how to use the mirror. I highly recommend them and will definitely use them for another event.

Highly recommended! We hired Platinum entertainment for our September wedding. The whole process was fantastic and easy. Everyone was very professional, polite and so easy to work with.
