3 Best Dog Training in Raleigh, NC

After failing at the implementation of a DIY training program we bought online a year ago, we signed our younger dog up for training here a few weeks ago. We have been so impressed with her progress, that we just signed up our older dog. Everyone at Sit Means Sit has been fantastic to work with, we are enjoying the process, AND the difference in both of our dogs has been phenomenal. The difference that this training will make in the calmness of our home is going to be substantial! We can't wait to see the final results in several weeks. This has been well-worth the money and time spent!

The board & train program with Sit Means Sit has dramatically improved quality of life for us and our two dogs. Drew and Colby were very good about explaining the program and setting expectations. Lexi was a fantastic trainer and communication was excellent from our initial consultation to our post-board training sessions and group lessons. Luna and Cheyenne are now great listeners and Cheyenne has a whole new level of confidence and we couldn’t be happier.

Off-Leash K9 training is exceptional. My puppy (almost 1 year old) and I have been meeting weekly for 8 weeks with our trainer, Maggie, for the Basic and Advanced Obedience classes. We made great progress over the course of our time together. Maggie is very knowledgeable, patient, kind, and affirming. My puppy easily bonded with her and is excited to see her each week. I am excited that not only is my dog better behaved but I have learned how to communicate with her more effectively to reinforce the training she has received. This is very hands-on training with lots of valuable feedback. Maggie did an outstanding job with our pit bull. He has always been a kind dog but way too exuberant, jumping, and playing too rough. He now walks well on the leash and today he placed in down while packages were being delivered. I’m very pleased with the results.
