I reached out to Precision Garage Door about adjusting our heavy, decades-old garage door. The technician showed up on time and examined the door. He pointed out that the cable was fraying on one side and explained the repairs that would be required. In addition, he said that our door was nearing the end of its useful lifespan. He presented my options and carefully explained them all. I chose to purchase a new door. With this decision too, he explained the options and listened to what was important to me. The delivery of our new door was expected in 4 weeks and it also showed up on time. The technicians removed the old door, loaded it on their trucks, and installed the new door, all in a couple of hours. I was very happy with the service from Precision Garage Door Service.

We had a great experience with Precision Garage Doors. Our garage door broke in a way that can only be described as total catastrophic failure. I was able to schedule an appointment quickly and easily online for the next morning. Our technician, Aaron Sweet, was amazing. He knew his stuff and walked me through the repair. The price was reasonable for all the parts and labor. The garage door runs perfectly now and it's even quieter than it was before. It was a great experience.

We bought a new garage door and opener through Garage Door Specialist (GDS). Everything about the experience was positive. They came out promptly after our initial call and quickly provided a quote. Bill was very helpful in answering various questions along the way. Seth Martinez, the install tech did an excellent job! He paid attention to every detail, created a perfect seal around the new door and ensured all was in perfect order before leaving. He was knowledgeable, friendly and professional. GDS stands behind their work; the warranties on the door, labor and opener were much longer than on other quotes. I highly recommend GDS if you are looking for a new garage door.

Best and most reputable company I have dealt with regarding garage doors. First company came out first and quoted my wife 4x what we ultimately paid. Saul was a great technician!! Personable, friendly and straight forward estimate and went above and beyond. He also recommended some products to use to keep our door working well. Can’t say enough good things about this company. This company is great! I called them about replacing my garage door which had basically started falling apart and the owner, Jimmy Davis, came the next day to show me my options for a new door, and how long it would take to come in. He then sent me quotes for the three doors that I was interested in, I ordered the one I wanted and paid the deposit for it online. A very easy simple process.
