Service was prompt and professional. The two gentlemen who came to our house Chris and Eric were respectful and courteous. One was in training and the other was a seasoned technician. They both completed their taskings and exceeded my expectations. They explained each step of the process of their cleaning to inspection. They explained the science of chimney construction and its workings. This gave me an appreciation to the importance of maintaining and inspecting the structure periodically. We will be using this company for the repair and maintenance of our chimney.

Really impressed with this company! These folks are very friendly and prompt with setting up an appointment, and arriving. The chimney sweep used a camera system to perform inspection of inside chimney, which I thought was neat. Kudos to the entire team for prompt, thorough, and professional service.

Service was great! Very thorough inspection and even gave me a 101 lesson on using our wood burning fireplace with gas assist. He didn't seem rushed and spent the extra time to explain his findings with a iPad Pro and pencil for visuals. Fair price and was scheduled the next day. I highly recommend Emberstone.
