Joshua & his partner did a great job on the HVAC installation, they arrived early and were very professional. Brian the electrician did a fantastic job installing our electrical for our new HVAC system. He answered all my questions and gave me good information for future upgrades. Clean install & prompt service! Overall the whole Michael and Sons team was excellent. Lewis the sales rep was very informative and gave us all the answers and recommendations on what system to go with.

Thank you to all the workers that came out to look at and fix our decades-old furnace/air conditioner unit—Thomas C., Justin L., Jasper D. (he did an excellent job replacing our old fuse box)—and an EXTREME thanks to Trenten M. for his fantastic week-long crawlspace effort & return installation. Your dedication will not be forgotten, trust me!

They are competitive and willing to work with you on price based on competitive elements, but more importantly every single technician I've ever dealt with are friendly, helpful, and professional. Today during a routine service check Jeremy went above and beyond by helping diagnose why a relatively old humidifier was not working and was able to repair it as part of his call and get it working again. Extremely well run and professional company. Also great communication.

The ARS rescue Rooter provided great service and support to me. They did a wonderful job installing my new Tankless water heater. Now I can enjoy continuing hot water whenever I want and need it. They get me good information to make an informed decision to give me what I needed for my home. From the beginning until the end they were there every step of the way. To me it was worth every penny spent on great service, the best equipment and fast and friendly service. They also beat all of competitors in my area. Great Job!

Prompt service and clear communication from the dispatchers and plumber. Jeremiah was friendly, professional, and skilled. Work was completed quickly, and he took the time to answer a number of plumbing questions not related to the issue at hand. We learned a lot! It was a good experience and we won't hesitate to call ARS again.

ARS was great. They got someone out here the same day! It was a late appointment but my friend Jose did not seem to care. He didn’t leave until 10:30! But he fixed everything. A clogged pipe basically at the sidewalk of our house. Very impressed by him and his work! Will 100% recommend ARS to others for plumbing needs.
