We recently had our security system installed. Ed, our tech, was awesome! He was very knowledgeable and made recommendations to help us decide what equipment was best for our home. He was very personable and didn't push any services or equipment on us which we greatly appreciated. The cost is very reasonable and we loved having flexibility on how to pay. So far, we're enjoying the system and look forward to maintaining service with SFI.

I am absolutely blown away with the technician and service I received today. I would buy another system from this company everyday. VECTOR SECURITY REVIEWS

PUNCTUAL, PROFESSIONAL, AND PERSONABLE PERSONNEL Joey Thompson called 15 minutes before his arrival for our scheduled home service call to test a smoke detector, which malfunctioned yesterday. Joey checked for the problem and showed me the issue. He demonstrated how to test a Vector Security-installed smoke detector myself, before calling for a service call. Both efficient and personable, Joey checked our complete system—control panel, cameras, motion detection, alarms on doors and windows, and a key fob. Mr. Thompson probably will be a service manager, sales manager, or general manager by the time that we need another Vector service call.

Absolutely Amazing Services. Nick, the installation technician, was very professional and accommodating. I asked to move one of the cameras and he did it within minutes. I have used them for several years, and now, with an additional business, Vector Security is awesome! love the app, very user-friendly. Very affordable.

Nick and Cliff did a great job setting up this new system. They were both personable and especially helpful and patient as technology can be challenging for me. They put in a long day and I appreciate everything they did.

Charles Q. came to my door to install the ADT system I had ordered the day before, he came with a smile so automatically he got a smile. Then he started putting the equipment in the places best suited for them, he did ask me but I told him to do what was best. After he was finish he took he through everything that I needed to know to correctly operate the equipment. After he made sure I understud everything we took the time to just talk. He is a genuine friendly person, should go very far with this company. P.S. I REALLY ENJOYED THIS YOUNG FAMILY MAN.

Michael Alfaro- did a great job. He was very knowledgeable and professional. He had great customer service skills. Explained information very well. I would highly recommend him as technician. He has to be an asset to his team and to ADT. This experience was extremely pleasant.
