PAULA'S DONUTS REVIEWS

First time ever at any Paula's Donuts locations, worth it. This location was very conveniently located a short distance away from the finish line of the Run716 15k race, in early August. Anyone walking in will find it to be a very clean place. Customer service was exceptional and then some. There is plenty of donut varieties to select from, it is almost jaw-dropping and mouth watering at the same time. If one enjoys bacon there is an awesome/dreamy maple bacon cinnamon roll ~ see my photo now, drool later. I was incredibly happy with my jelly donut selections as well as they were very hearty and filling (no pun intended). The donuts are a meal all their own and the quality is far superior to any nationwide donut chain. I wish I could give this Paula's Donuts location six stars.

Went to this Paula's location for the first time today. Ordering was quick and easy. The staff was super friendly! My breakfast sandwich was amazing and since it was Tuesday I got a free donut with my sandwich. I will definitely be visiting this location again.

Donuts were very good , the red velvet made us come back the same day and get more before 3pm closing. Thank you.

Just like great Aunt Mil used to make from scratch! I believe the true test to see if you like a donut shop is to try the plain donut. Incredible! Drove all the way out from Akron to check it out and it was well worth the drive. Even have a drive-thru! Extensive menu. Friendly staff. Clean.

Stopped here from out of town and was very pleased that we found Donut Kraze. The service was very quick, and the ladies were sweet and friendly. They offer a large variety of donut flavors, along with a couple of other options like bagels/coffee. The donuts were VERY fresh and tasty.

Love these donuts. Fresh and clean tasting. I got pbJ and powdered Bavarian. The PB J had the perfect ratio of PB to jelly flavor. Well balanced. I love the custard. Love it. Thank you.

Stopped by yesterday to grab two Boxes O' Joe. It was spur of the moment so I didn't have time to order ahead. I was greeted by Eris who was so nice and helpful. He was in the middle of cleaning up for the day but immediately stopped to assist me. He pleasantly took my order, quickly brewed a few pots of coffee and packed up the other parts of the order with a smile in his face. Thank you, Eris, for a very pleasant customer experience!.
