The restaurant has been in operation in the area for more than 2 decades. Tailgate Subs are served on a toasted Costanzo’s roll with lettuce, tomato, onion, and mozzarella cheese, and soft rolls are also available if customers request, with a choice of mayo, oil, or both, or bleu cheese as a dressing option. Everything we decided to eat was delicious. To be fair, we had a hard time deciding what to eat, because the list of sandwiches is so large and everything sounds so good, but we ended up with the Portabella mushroom one and the goat cheese and turkey burger, and we didn't regret our choice. Chris and his team will ensure you leave their place with a full belly and a smile on your face.

A gem in Buffalo, for sure! Handcrafted soups, sandwiches and entrees that will blow your mind! Chris and his family are on hand, ever so gracious, and always happy to hear about how we enjoy the food, atmosphere, and at the end.....the cookies! Do NOT go away from here without the cookies! When in BFLO, you absolutely MUST go to Chris'!

It is like a NY deli, with seating. Great food, service and atmosphere.

If you like fat meaty subs this is the place. He makes the best sausage royal around hands down. If you get a full cold sub it probably has 3/4 to 1 full pound of meat on it. No other sub shop comes remotely close to the amount of meat this place gives you. Hard to tell in the pics but it’s 2 layers of sausage, 2 layers of cheese, and 3 layers of capicola.

I stopped by on a recommendation. Fast and friendly service. My ham sub was made fresh, toasted and was very filling. I could only eat half since i got a large macadamia nut cookie. Great prices. Will definitely be stopping by again when im in the area

Best subs around!!! We take out all the time. Turkey subs and chicken finger subs r the best!! Wish he did catering! Would be great for foot ball games!!!!!!
