Scheduled my mom weeks several weeks ahead of time, the day of the appointment we had a small issue, Dr. Cross and his office manager, Mayra, were highly apologetic and very attentive in fixing the issue. We are so lucky to have a caring healthcare provider, such as Dr. Gross in our area. Errors can happen, but how you resolve the issue are a true test of character… Dr. Gross and his practice passed with flying colors.

I can’t begin to express my gratitude toward Dr. Gross. After a sports injury, I received exceptional care from both Dr. Gross and his staff. I’m incredibly thankful for their help and compassion, and I highly recommend Dr. Gross to anyone in need of an ENT specialist!.

Worth of 5 stars, great professionals, simply fantastic, knowledgeable, friendly, kindness, experienced, accessible and flexible to provide X-Ray facilities according to my location to avoid distances and stressful bus trips. I am very pleased and thankful with their overall service.

Excellent staff, they were friendly, polite and very helpful. Dr Arango was very professional and knowledgeable and listened to my concerns and the job he did on my nose was amazing.

I was referred to Dr Westbrook after a biopsy confirmed oral cancer on my tongue and in lymph nodes in my neck. Dr Westbrook immediately scheduled surgery and removed the tumor and metastatic lymph nodes. I feel that his surgical skill is excellent. I have had several return visits and had to be hospitalized due to dehydration. At every stage Dr Westbrook and his entire office staff have been there for me with a totally caring attitude. They treat you like a person not just a patient. Every day I have been in hospital Dr Westbrook has come to see me and spent a long time with me. They are kind and encouraging and Dr Westbrook has referred me to excellent Oncologists to continue my treatment. This is the finest medical care I have ever received.

After seven months since my mom’s surgery, Dr. Westbrook and his staff continue to check in on her and see how she’s doing. This level of ongoing care truly shows the dedication and compassion that Dr. Westbrook and his team have for their patients. We are so grateful for their kindness, professionalism, and genuine concern. Thank you Lilly you have been a true blessing to my mom and I we are truly grateful for you.

I took my grandmother in last week and had a wonderful experience. Thank you Lilly for making us feel comfortable and explaining and answering her questions. We appreciate all of you taking such good care of your patients.
