I used to consult with Dr. Flores a few years back and received great treatment options along with guided choices as to what was best for my wellbeing. I still keep in touch with him to catch up on the latest and greatest about psychiatry, knowing that he is always getting educated on the most recent breakthroughs and technologies regarding Psychiatric medicine. For those people who tend to get nervous visiting a Dr./psychiatrist for the first time, know that he is very easy to approach and always finds the way to truly empathize and understand each and every situation with his patients. I was a patient of Dr. Borrego's for about 4 years. During that time he was professional with knowledge of my condition and how to treat it. We forged a great doctor/patient relationship and was very sad to leave him when I moved from El Paso. I have found a new psychiatrist but I miss Dr. Borrego's small, independent practice and the care he showed me during my treatment.

Amazing doctor who truly listens and cares. Grace is wonderful as well and always goes above and beyond to help! Highly recommend.
