Everyone was extremely thorough and extremly professional. Everyone listened, and heard what I had to say and how I was feeling. Mr. Orestes Moldes immediately put me at ease and listened to me and provided feed back and is treating my concerns with sincerity and care. I wish this was the standard for all health care providers in El Paso. Highly Recommend.

I'm very happy with my decision choosing Dr Orestes. I was very surprised that just a little after I made my appointment, I got a call from the office to offer me a sooner date, and a couple of weeks before my appointment, they called me again to bring me sooner. Amazing and friendly staff. A had a great first time experience. Keep up the good work.

Orestes is great. He listened to me and works with me every visit to help me get better. Really nice to have someone who cares as much as he does and the staff bends over backwards to take care of me. Great office!!!

Dr. Ramirez, Is an excellent liver specialist. My appointment was scheduled by phone. My experience with his office….I received the first call from the office assistant to verify that my personal information was still the same or if any changes needed to be made. Great communication with the office assistants assisting the doctor. Second call I received was to inform me that the doctor was ready to speak to me. Dr. Ramirez gave me information and lab results just like if I was actually at his office. I asked several questions, in which he answered clearly and to the point of him making sure that I had understood everything we had talked about. I would highly recommend him to anyone looking for a Liver Specialist.

Dr Ramirez has wonderful bedside manner’s. He is very professional and knowledgeable. If you attend his office as a new patient be sure to bring books and electric chargers to charge your devices and have something to do. I had to wait three hours until he came into the room from the moment I got to the clinic. The staff could’ve used some customer service training but the doctor made up for it all.

Dr. Ruben Ramirez, is a very good doctor. He has explained my condition in detail and has said it a language that I understand. He is patient, listening to what you have to say and answering my questions and concerns. His staff is courteous and maintains a professional relationship.

Everyone here is very friendly and professional. Dr Chavez is very attentive, listens to your issues. Makes me feel comfortable. You do need to request to see him when you call to schedule an appointment. It'll take a bit longer for the appointment though. His assistant is the one who sees us. Very cordial lady, also listens to you. Only problem I have is that they never answer the phone. When I was in the waiting room a lady walked in saying that she drove all the way from Horizon just to schedule an appointment because they would never answer her. So I wasn't the only one that it happened to. Other than that I do recommend Dr Chavez!

Dr. Chavez was very nice. He took the time to explain the procedures I needed to get done. He even took the time to get confirmation from a colleague to get me seen for a different procedure that I need to get done. I live three hours away and he was very accommodating.

One of the best doctors I have met in El Paso. I am a patient. His staff is very professional and helpful. All doctors may run behind but Dr. Chavez is really good staying on schedule.
