Did ear tubes for both my daughters when they were each about 9-10 mo old. Did a great job. Someone was always available for questions after hours. He's always been very nice with my kiddos and the bow ties are a nice touch.Doctor Shapiro is an excellent ENT. Very knowledgeable. Listens to your concerns and helps come to a treatment plan and or surgery if needed. I highly recommend him. If me or any family or friends needs an ENT I would highly recommend him.

I have been a patient of Dr. Ursick’s for about five years. I have seen at least 6 other ENTs since developing some ear issues about 13 years ago both in KC as well as where I’m from in SoCal. He is hands-down the best ENT I have ever been to, and I cannot recommend him highly enough. He takes the time to talk to you and really try to figure out what is going on. He was able to help me with an issue that no other ENT was. Sometimes the wait is really long, which is unfortunate, but he is so worth it!.

Dr. Ursick was more helpful then I ever expected. After two years after my car accident, no other doctor could tell me what was wrong with me. He pinpointed exactly what was causing my migranes and dizzy spells. The medication he gave me gave me my life back and helped my anxiety. The anxiety that I could never get under control before. Also he referred me to a neurologist which my physician should already done. Thank you Dr.Ursick for taking the time to help me. You are exceptional.

I can's say enough about Dr Ursick!!! He literally re-built both my son's ear drums and save his hearing! Every other ENT doctor refused to work on him because he is such a complicated case but he never gave up and it worked!! We are definitely patients for life!!.
