Dr. B treated me 10 years ago and I had 10 years with no real issues - Had another disc rupture and she is treating me again. She is direct, asks good questions and has reduced my pain quite a bit. I am really surprised at the negative reviews. I find her a very good doctor.

I had a great experience with Dr. Burfeind! She explained everything so well during my injection and made me feel confident and at peace!.

Dr Burfeind and her caring, friendly staff have always taken good care of me, and she has helped me to manage my chronic back pain.

Dr. Jones, has been very helpful in helping me figure out a game plan for managing my back pain for quality of life. Helpful in getting insurance to file appropriate things. Very helpful in describing the process and timeline of events. I have had past pain management places just treat me as an ATM. I love the staff at North Kansas City Hospital as well.

Thanks to Dr. Jones I am now pain free. I was impressed with how well he remembered me and my case after just one visit. He took the time to not only answer any questions I had but to explain it to me to ensure I fully understood.

Dr. Jones is professional, knowledgeable and very detailed oriented in the explanation of events each and every time, and really cool. The nurses were also amazing and caring
