" Dr. Bradley Freilich is a board-certified, fellowship-trained gastroenterologist with a special emphasis on hepatology, liver disease, and weight management. He earned his medical degree from the University of Missouri-Kansas City School of Medicine. He completed his internal medicine residency at Rush Presbyterian St. Luke’s Medical Center in Chicago. Dr. Freilich then completed two fellowships at the University of California Los Angeles (UCLA) Medical Center, one in gastroenterology and the other in hepatology. Have been with Dr Shireman for both colonoscopy and upper GI exams over the years. Always an easy experience. The staff is wonderful, warm, welcoming from the front area reception all the way to procedure. Everything is explained so it’s easily understood. Dr Shireman himself is unique. Very assuring. He explains procedures.. welcomes any questions..you will know every step of and what to expect. Highly recommend Dr Shireman and his staff.

Not used to this kind of attention! My last colonoscopy was more of an assembly line concept. Was put on a gurney in a very long hallway to wait for my turn with about 15 other’s. Long wait too. Totally different experience with Dr. Shireman and his awesome staff. They answered questions then got me right in for procedure. Talked to Dr. and that’s all I remember. Haha Overall great experience at this office!!.

Staff was friendly, professional and efficient. Everyone checked in with me to either explain what was coming or let me know the status. Best customer service I’ve seen in a surgical clinic. Nice job!.

Dr. Schowengerdt is professional and very knowledgeable. I've been a patient of this group of gastroenterologists for 20 years. I'm confident that eventually they will be able to restore the number of doctor-associates so that scheduling dates can be shortened. It's a normal cycle that clinics like this experience. I visited on March 11 and am scheduled for my colonoscopy on May 22.

I have been under Dr. Sam's care for over a year. He is amazing. Takes his time to explain everything and goes above and beyond to make sure you get the care you need. If biologic therapy is something that's needed, the infusion team is awesome. I think their all angels in disguise. Top notch care by this entire team.

For what I thought was going to be an awful intimidating experience - it was not. The entire staff starting with the kindest receptionist through Dr. Sam were all wonderful / professional and gracious. Don't put off like I did. Do it - could save your life. Great office and staff.

I am currently a patient of Dr. Freilich. I’m seeing him for both gastrointestinal reasons and the metabolic weight loss program. While I have had some trying times with the weight loss program and we have had to go about things differently, I honestly can’t say anything but great things about Freilich. He is incredibly kind and compassionate. He is understanding and encouraging. He has actually helped me to relieve my UC and has understood the different trials I am going through with my weight loss. I am very very lucky and happy to have him as my doctor.

All of my interactions with Dr Freilich have exceeded expectations. He comes to the appointments ready to engage with the patient and his expertise in his specialty is clear when discussing a care plan. As a patient I believe I have the responsibility to be generally informed of my diagnosis so the relationship is a partnership regarding things like diet, medications and symptoms. I would highly recommend Dr Freilich to anyone seeking care within his specialty.

Great Dr. Great service. Worry over my particular health problem was solved by Dr Freilich. He was professional and compassionate as usual. I'm glad he is my Doctor!.
