My experience at Dr. Shawl’s office was both pleasant and insightful. During our appointment, Dr. Shawl took the time to listen to my experience and respond to my questions in detail. My exam was thorough and Dr. Shawl was patient and attentive throughout, providing me with a specific regimen to remedy my symptoms.

I have been a patient of Dr Shawls’ for 5 years and do not have a negative thing to say. He is very thorough in his exam, talks to you pre and post exam to go over everything and he is one time. I highly recommend Dr Shawl.

Dr. Shawl is always very thorough, caring, attentive and sensitive. I consider myself very lucky to be a patient of his for many years.

Dr Kacker’s assistant took a complete history of why I was there so he read it before he came into the room. He sat down—a lovely touch—and we spoke briefly and then he examined my ears, my throat, and my nose. Nothing abnormal, which was a great relief. He made suggestions as to what to do and communicated with the appropriate office that had to follow up. Dr Kacker is thorough, no-nonsense, but gentle. I feel secure knowing he’s my Otorhinolaryngologist.

Dr Kacker is hands down the best Doctor I have ever seen. He has done my Sinus surgery. plus my friends and family. Amazing Beside manner and has ALWAYS made time for me last minute when sick. (My Entire family uses Him) my only regret is that I can’t have him as my primary care Dr, he is the best I’ve ever seen.

What a great Dr! Took the time to answer all my questions and even went above and beyond with advice.
