"Dr. Vipul Patel graduated from the State University of New York Downstate Medical Center College of Medicine. He is a board-certified orthopedic surgeon currently practicing in Park Slope, Brooklyn, NY. He also serves as Assistant Professor of Orthopedic Surgery at New York University's Langone Hospital for Joint Diseases. It was a great experience being treated by Dr. Vipul Patel and his staff. Dr. Patel is very caring and professional. The office is clean and the reception desk staffs are pleasant and helpful. I never had a wait a long to be seen by Dr. Patel. I was recommended to Dr. Patel by family member and a friend and I will recommend anyone needing a hand surgeon to Dr. Patel.

Highly recommended. Dr. Patel is an awesome doctor. I had trigger finger and carpal tunnel surgery done by him. He is very caring and will take the time to sit down to speak to you and explain all your options pre and post care. His staff is also very courteous and kind.

Dr. Patel is clear and to the point in his explanations. He's also very kind, which is appreciated when one is in pain. The staff has all been very helpful. I highly recommend his care and practice.

Dr. Mendez and his team were very welcoming, compassionate and kind. PA Emma was cheerful and friendly, the XRay tech was quick & efficient, Coco was caring and the receptionist had a great sense of humor. This was my second visit (previous was 5 yrs ago) and Dr. Mendez made it feel like no time had passed at all. He was warm, humorous, explained the pain I was experiencing, suggested a course of action, and never made me feel rushed. I highly recommend Dr. Mendez and his team for their care and compassion.

I experienced a hand fracture and Dr. Mendez gave me two options, and didn’t pressure me to get surgery. I ended up choosing to get surgery and I can honestly say my experience has been a 10/10 I don’t have a single complaint. The surgery was a success, the staff is amazing, Dr. Mendez communicated very well with his patients and is very informative. I would recommend broth with an orthopedic issue to see Dr. Mendez at NY Orthopedics.

Completed all relevant paperwork digitally in advance of the visit, so had an xray straight away, & was then met by Dr. Mendez's colleague and Dr. Mendez almost immediately after that. Great consult and would recommend the practice.
