Oak + Honey Event Planning is such an amazing team, and a true pleasure to work with as the Photographer! Melanie made Sarah & Drew's wedding absolutely incredible. Her communication was exceptional - she was always quick to respond and kept me informed throughout the entire planning process. Her incredibly calm presence, excellent organization, and problem-solving prowess helped to make the day feel seamless and stress-free for everyone (even the other vendors!). The family and wedding party LOVED the mini timelines she shared with everyone - and in fact we were ahead of schedule the entire day (which is practically unheard of!). The quality of her design was beautiful and high-end, and it was truly fun to work with her. I will not hesitate to recommend Melanie and her team, and I hope we'll be able to work together again.

We highly recommend hiring Oak + Honey Event Planning! We live two hours from where our ceremony and reception were, and Melanie was very accommodating scheduling in person and virtual meetings. She is super experienced in the industry and has great recommendations on vendors and ideas. We truly feel that Melanie took a ton off of our hands and made sure that we, as well as our parents and bridal party, were well taken care of and had a stress-free ceremony and reception. She is absolutely an advocate for her clients.

Honey & Oak are pros at making a dream wedding come true! Melanie and her team took care of everything, so all guests and the wedding party could focus on celbrating the newest Mr. & Mrs Stephens. I had no idea how much easier a wedding planner could make a wedding be, and these ladies know their stuff. Hats off to the team for a memorable wedding.

Emily is AMAZING! We hired her after starting to feel the stress of wedding planning and from the first meeting with her, we immediately felt the weight lifted. She was able to create us a timeline prior to our big day making it so much easier to navigate the day, our vendors, and family. The moment she arrived on our wedding day, she hopped into action! She helped solve issues without my husband or I having to worry about them. She even became our on the spot videographer! We are so appreciative of all her hardwork and talent in making our wedding day as smooth as possible and the best day of our dreams! I hope we get to work with her in the future for other life events.

Emily was simply AMAZING! From start to finish, she made my daughter's wedding day completely stress-free for us. She has such a great personality. She is warm, calm, and so easy to work with. She anticipated every little thing we might need before we even realized it and went above and beyond to make sure everything ran perfectly. Thanks to her, we actually got to enjoy the day instead of worrying about details. I can’t recommend her enough.

I don’t even have the words for how amazing Emily was. She went above and beyond to make sure our wedding day was perfect. Because of her, I didn’t have to stress or worry about a single thing. She is the absolute sweetest person, I adore her so much and so incredibly glad I had her help make sure my wedding was the best day ever.
