I have been going to Dr. Holcolm for over 10 years. His knowledge and his friendly staff are the best. They nail my eye prescription every time. I have tried getting a prescription and then getting cheap glasses from a warehouse club...I don’t recommend that as my eye glasses were not right. I buy glasses from Dr. Holcolm’s office and I love dealing with Michelle who helps me pick out my glasses. She is patient and has an expertise in which glasses look best on different face shapes. Dr. Holcolm has a charismatic personality and is well respected in Hampton Roads. I have referred family members to his office as well.

I saw Dr. Holcomb for the first time. He was excellent. I had never had an eye Doctor explain clearly how I could improve my vision. He was able to give me the ability to see much better. His staff was friendly, Knowledgeable, and extremely helpful.

Love them! They have been great at transitioning my 8 year old daughter with glasses. Whenever we have a problem and her glasses break, they are quick to replace them and keep you updated on status. Love this place.

The Optical Shoppe at Southside Eye Care has always been my go-to place to purchase glasses and sunglasses. Talia has been helping me for many years and is just as friendly and helpful now as she was since day one. Her co-worker Chanel is awesome too! I can’t imagine going anywhere else for my glasses. Definitely recommend them.

Dr. Michael Keverline does excellent eyelid surgery. You can get both eyes done for what Virginia Eye Consultants charges your insurance company to do one eyelid. There's no $350.00 co-pay either because the surgery is not done in an ambulatory or surgical center.

My son loves Beth!! They did a really good job making my son feel comfortable.. The eye surgeon did really good too.. I can’t remember his first name, but he’s amazing!!.

I was in an urgent need for an appointment. I had not updated my vision exam nor my glasses in two years. my work schedule is very hectic and I’m only in town on Fridays and weekends despite that April did everything she could and got me an appointment on the Friday I called which was a same day request. The service was impeccable. Everyone was friendly, very knowledgeable and greeted you with a smile. Dr Lisa is the best I’ve ever seen in my 52 years on this earth! The level of care and concern was like no other! The office is clean and decorated beautifully! I will not go anywhere else going forward! Service like this is rare in this day and time!
