I found the staff from pre scheduling to check-in and check-out wonderful. This was my first time under Dr.Makdisi care. He was professional yet seemed really nice. I have had several colonoscopies over the years and this is the first time I have nothing but praises for this team. They made the experience less anxious and nerve racking. They listened to what I had to say, made sure to make me feel comfortable asking or expressing any or all concerns. I highly recommend this team of professionals.

I was very pleased with Dr. Makdisi’s treatment of me yesterday. He was very thorough and helpful. I feel like he really listened to me more than any other doctor I have been to for my problems. I really feel that I am in good hands now.

Dr.Makdisi and staff are very professional and courteous. He listens to you and is very caring about your concerns. I would recommend him to my family and friends.

I had a wonderful and caring experience under MD Shoba P. Mendu's care twice for similar procedures. Like the first time five years ago, MD Mendu authentically showed not only her expertise, knowledge, and professionalism, but a genuine demeanor and caring attitude towards me. Also, she ensured that all of my questions and concerns were answered in all aspects and indepth details. I highly recommend MD Mendu to anyone seeking medical care within her practice! I want to extend kudos and thank you to MD Mendu for being apart of my preventive health care!.

Very professional, efficient and on time with every stage to complete my surgery. This facility was impressively clean and comfortable. Each staff was kind and accommodating making sure to explain every step while acting with care as they administered to me. All my questions, concerns and apprehensions were immediately addressed while making sure I felt at ease. Surprisingly, I never felt any pain, from the IV needle or after waking up. It was the best sleep I ever had!!! A grateful “Thank You” to all the staff who made my experience a positive one.

Excellence in patient care in every way. Dr. Mendu and her staff are knowledgeable, kind, caring, and they put their patients well being as a premier concern of the practice. I highly recommend them if you have need of a gastroenterologist.
