Dr. William L. Mulligan has over forty years of experience as a psychologist. He obtained a BA in Psychology from Stanford University and a Ph.D. in Clinical Psychology from Yale University. William was the Founding President of the Tidewater Academy of Clinical Psychologists. He is also a Life Member of the American Psychological Association and has been a Member of the National Register of Health Service Psychologists. William offers counseling and psychological evaluations to adolescents, children, and adults. He also gives marital and family therapy. William L. Mulligan provides psychological assessments (including standardized psychological testing), and treatment for individual clients of all ages.

Dr. Elissa Jarvis earned her Bachelor of Arts degree in Psychology from 'Our Lady of the Lake University', and she obtained her Master of Arts and Doctorate degrees in Clinical Psychology from Regent University. She has served in a diversity of mental health settings, including a group practice, a correctional facility, and a Christian-based outpatient clinic. She takes an interpersonal method to treatment, with a particular focus on individualized care that is based on research. Elissa also provides trauma-informed and spiritually-integrated services. She conducts psychological evaluations to define diagnoses, determine appropriate recommendations, and give education about mental health recovery.
