Charlie was wonderful and professional! I got the deluxe baby bump maternity package and it was one of the most relaxing and empowering afternoons I have ever spent, getting painted by a passionate professional with an artistic eye. Charlie contacted me beforehand to extensively discuss what art I wanted on my body, came to me at my hotel, and made sure that I was comfortable (which was especially key due to my being eight months pregnant). The photos were gorgeous, and my husband, who had been unsure of what I was getting done, LOVED the outcome (as did I!). She took care to put in flourishes I hadn’t even thought of, based on our previous discussions, such as including the state and country flowers of myself and my husband into the design. I would have happily paid much more for her services, and highly recommend her and NOLA Face and Body Painting if you are interested in having this done. Booked my appointment for Mardi Gras 6 month in advanced. No issues! Charlie arrived promptly to our hotel and had us done in a couple hours! We were like celebrities. People asked for pictures of and with us! We were so surprised by that. EVERYONE wanted to know who had did our body paint. This added an extra splash of excitement to Mardi Gras for us this year.
