DANCING GROUNDS REVIEWS

It was my first time coming to a dance class let alone coming alone from Ponchatoula, so I was a bit out of my comfort zone but once the class started I enjoyed my time from beginning to end. Tobias was also very welcoming and helped keep the energy and overall mood of the class positive. Despite it being a little bit of a drive I would for sure come again and bring some friends along if they're down for the ride.

The staff and other students are always welcoming and polite. No matter what kind of day I have, Im always guaranteed a good sweat and laughs. Consistently a safe space for me over the last seven years and very beginner friendly while still challenging the more advanced dancers. I wish they had one in every city.

I love the intention and beauty of the space. I love the teachers that I met. I love the LOVE for dance and movement that is palpable. Can't wait to be back next time I'm in town. With love, from Boston.

DANCE QUARTER REVIEWS

To prepare for our wedding, we took five private lessons with Didi at Dance Quarter. We were essentially beginners, but Didi did an amazing job at teaching us the basic steps and moves of foxtrot and rumba. She was patient and tailored her lessons to match our pace of learning. She even took the time to choreograph our first dance, which our guests loved! We had a wonderful experience with Didi and would highly recommend.

Great space, clean restrooms, decent street parking available. Nice place to reserve for an event with 75 people. Mostly standing space but the seating available was comfortable. Not sure if more chairs are available but I think it may depend upon the event being held.

We had our wedding here. It’s actually a very affordable venue, especially for New Orleans. I also recommend checking out the swing dance classes. The management is wonderful.

CRESCENT LOTUS DANCE STUDIO REVIEWS

Very fun experience! Our bride and bach group had a lot of fun here! Our instructor, Pinky gave us a great background of Burlesque and taught us a cute fun routine. For 1 hour it was an enjoyable experience. I just recommend teaching the routine a little more slow and raising the volume for music, but overall it was a great highlight to our trip.

Kryss was amazing!!! We came around the studio for a bachelorette outing and it was one of the highlights of our trip!! The burlesque dance class is so fun! Relaxed, but organized with no expectation of learning a choreographed dance. When we went out that night after the class, you could tell all the girls in the party felt more confident in their bodies and movements! Such a feel-good, fun hour.

We did a pole dancing class for my bachelorette party and it was hands down the best part of the weekend! It was so much fun and Khryss was awesome. It’s a must-do.
