What a great experience! Choosing the right product was simplified because Shelley was willing to come from the beaches to the Orange Park location to meet me! Talk about customer service! Luis and his crew did the installation of about 1000sf of the vinyl plank in two days. That included removing the old carpet, leveling the floor, installing the plank, installing quarter round, and caulking the quarter round at the baseboard seam. They were hard-working and professional. They did such a good job that we had them come back out and install the same product in our sunroom. I would highly recommend the Carpet Man for flooring because the team members are stellar.

Steve from The Carpet Man has never met a stranger, I felt like he was an old friend from day one. I appreciate him being upfront, punctual and doing what he said he was going to do, a great job. Gene and his sons did a fantastic job on the installation and were more than courteous and respectful, you can tell they take pride in doing a good job, very good craftsmanship, professionals. The tear-out of the previous tile was done in a manner to keep the dust down to a minimum and I appreciate the speed and hard work that Sandro and his guys did. Thank you Carpet Man for doing an excellent job.

Just had whole house flooring installed. From the moment I walked in, to completion I received excellent service. Jim Berry explained everything thoroughly. Gene (the installer) and his son were as courteous as could be. I watched as they worked they were very meticulous about the pattern matching. They are skilled craftsmen, the trim works excellent. You will not be disappointed. Thanks again all.
