TROYZ TOWING & STORAGE REVIEWS

You have a lifelong customer out of me. I was stranded on the highway the other night and Troyz was one of the only tow businesses in Jacksonville that actually took my call at midnight. Bailey and Ryan, the dispatchers set me up and my wait time was an hour. The driver, Zack, showed up within 25 minutes and had my car loaded in under 15 minutes, getting me off of the highway and getting me and my car to my house. He was very respectful, professional, and made me feel safe and heard! All around the scary experience turned into a not so scary experience and I'm so grateful for that. Zack also informed me that Troy has a built in full service shop which I thought was very useful and convenient! Thank you for all you do Troy'z.

I can’t say enough about the great service DeAngelo provided when picking up my car as it had a code and had to go to the shop. He was on time, told me the process, and took his time planning the tow out. He didn’t rush and given that my car is lowered he ensured there were no issues on getting it onto the bed. He kept me updated on the delivery to the shop and earned this review. Great driver, great company and would use again!

Hunter did a fine job towing my 4x4 dually the right way after another tow truck company destroyed my driveline by towing it improperly on 2 wheels. Lesson learned: Don't let people who don't know what they're doing touch your truck!

His positivity and professionalism turned a stressful situation into a manageable one. Tyson's prompt and competent assistance was not just a service but a beacon of relief during a tough time. Car problems can be aggravating, but Tyson made everything better with his calm and helpful demeanor. Thank you, Tyson, for going above and beyond and making a real difference for people in need.

These guys are the best in the area. And by far the most affordable. I was with several locals who were shocked at the prices and even though I was 50 to 75 ft from the road, they had me out in no time and back to fishing. Big shout out to Omar for being awesome and just being joyful in a rough situation. Definitely recommend them. I was stuck at little jetty's

Very timely service, driver (Nabeel) arrived 20 minutes early and was extremely helpful. Made sure I was safe and had somewhere to go, right before the car was towed. Then once my car reached the mechanics, I received a nice confirmation photo of the cars location.

I was stuck in the side of the highway. Within thirty minutes Adkison towing sent out a driver to pick me up. Upon arrival, Prince was very effective and friendly. He was very easy to talk to and he did his work quick and right, especially for a lowered car like mines, he was as careful as he could be. The car ride to my location was filled with chatting and a good atmosphere, very friendly. Once at my location we got out and he took my car off, again, safe and quickly. I’d recommend Prince for his quick and effective anctions, and friendly environment.

My experience with Prince was amazing. I caught a flat tire on Atlantic Blvd. I was heading to West Palm Beach at the time. He did such an amazing job . I was so confident in his work that I was able to drive 3 hours with no problems! I highly recommend Adkinson Towing for all your needs !

Arrived very quickly, much more quickly than I was expecting, and got me back on the road in no time. Thank you.
