If you would like to stay at a wonderful hotel in Jacksonville, Florida, for any occasion, I recommend the Double Tree on the Riverfront. The staff person was very professional and personable. We really enjoyed meeting and talking with the housekeeper who serviced our room on the 8th floor during our stay.

I stayed here for two weeks, and the hotel staff is AMAZING! A special thanks to Alma C. and Mike R. who made sure we were taken care of throughout the day during business meetings. They were super-attentive, provided excellent service, and all with beautiful smiles!

We were in town for a wedding; the couple had reserved a block of rooms at the DoubleTree. The hotel was in a great location, with a great view of the riverfront. There were a number of nearby bars and restaurants that were readily accessible by rideshare for a few bucks. The hotel staff was professional, friendly and helpful. The guest room was nicely appointed, and quiet. I would stay here again if I found myself in Jacksonville again.

During my search for an event center for our organization, I had a notable encounter with DoubleTree by Hilton Jacksonville Airport. While several hotels in the area failed to respond promptly, the Catering Manager from DoubleTree by Hilton Jacksonville stood out by returning my voicemail and addressing my needs We immediately set up a day and time that was convenient for my team snd I to tour the place. Ms. Bertide attention to details, promptness to my emails and follow ups was phenomenal. Our event Ghana Association of Jacksonville was on March 8th, 2025. The food was absolutely delicious, the presentation was impeccable, and your team's attentiveness throughout the evening made the event truly special. We especially appreciated your help with setting up our African print runners and curtain drapes and your team's (Johnny, Dominic and the front desk lady "Lking" not sure of her name but she printed a document for me via email name LKing so, I presumed that her name. Professionalism and dedication to ensuring our event's success was evident throughout the process. Even when I forgot to provide them with food color code, Bertide the Catering Manager went above and beyond to make it possible. While this is an older hotel, we found it clean and comfortable. Very nice king bed, and nice 43 inch TV with almost decent cable. We had just left the cruise ship at 0900. We arrived pretty early. The desk clerk Jeremiah?? Jeremy? was able to find a ready room even though the hotel was fully booked the night before. Everyone we encountered was pleasant. We would stay here again

Let me start off by saying the staff was very helpful and even recommended a few places to check out during my stay. I first tried out frequency restaurants inside the hotel, and it was amazing. had an issue when I initially arrived, and they quickly moved to resolve the issue, which deserves mentioning. Overall, I enjoyed my stay. My room was clean, and the bed was comfortable.
