She was very motivated to help get us in our desired floor plan, which we all appreciated. I found the property to be well maintained and the other office personnel to be very welcoming as well.

Reva was the best leasing agent ever. She did a great tour and showed us two apartments that were amazing. We are definitely looking at this apartment complex to move in due to the fact that reva was great. I think she deserves a raise, because we definitely are going to be signing a lease with you guys!

I moved here just recently for school and I find everything to be great! My experience in getting settled in has been that it's a painless process that the leasing office crew were happy to make as easy as possible -- special thanks to Lysa! Altogether, I've got no regrets to note! There have been some nice community events, and the pool area is lovely and well equipped. The lake is beautiful and visited by a lot of neat wildlife.

Can’t praise the office staff enough. Katie, Laura & Samatha are always very friendly & have been extremely helpful with a particular issue. Katie has provided several options to help resolve it & always follows through when she says she intends on doing something, there’s no doubt she will & will keep me updated as well. From the initial tour, through the application process, move-in and beyond I have had nothing but positive experiences at North Beach on Kernan. Laura and Samantha in the office were phenomenal. they answered my long list of questions professionally and based on their deep knowledge of the property. I am only 5'2" tall and it was absolutely no problem for Tony from Maintenance to drop by to lower my kitchen cabinet shelves for me to make them more accessible.The unit was so clean you couldn't tell anyone else had ever lived in it. I have been here a week and have yet to hear any noise from my adjoining neighbor, who has two younger sons, nor from the apartment above me. The grounds team are constantly keeping the property perfect. 10/10 recommend!
