I’ve been living in these apartments for a year now, and I’ve really enjoyed my experience so far. The location and price are super convenient for anyone looking to stay close to the Town Center and UNF. The office team is always friendly, and the office itself has a warm, cozy vibe that makes it inviting. The amenities are clean, well-maintained, and always available when I need them. The maintenance team is impressively responsive, especially considering the size of the complex. I want to give a special shout-out to Senad from the maintenance team. He was incredibly friendly and helpful when handling the maintenance requests in my apartment. He went above and beyond to ensure everything was fixed correctly—he was organized, efficient, and clearly takes pride in his work. I really appreciated his help!.

I wanted to take a moment to share how impressed I’ve been with Aldo Nordelo. As a tenant, it’s not always easy getting maintenance requests handled quickly, but he’s always been prompt, courteous, and thorough. He takes the time to properly address any issues and ensures everything is working smoothly before leaving. It’s clear that he cares about doing a good job. I also appreciate that he’s respectful of my space and always cleans up after the work is done. If you’re in the building and need something fixed, I highly recommend him—he’s reliable and professional.

Juliet showed us around the property.She was incredibly professional and knowledgeable, not to mention very personable. She was very motivated to help get us in our desired floor plan, which we all appreciated. I found the property to be well maintained and the other office personnel to be very welcoming as well.

Camila was our leasing manager and she was amazing! She was professional and very knowledgeable! She catered to all of our needs and made sure she showed us the amenities we were looking for! Highly recommend booking your tour with Camila!.

Reva was the best leasing agent ever. She did a great tour and showed us two apartments that were amazing. We are definitely looking at this apartment complex to move in due to the fact that reva was great. I think she deserves a raise, because we definitely are going to be signing a lease with you guys!.

NORTH BEACH ON KERNAN REVIEWS

I moved here just recently for school and I find everything to be great! My experience in getting settled in has been that it's a painless process that the leasing office crew were happy to make as easy as possible -- special thanks to Lysa! Altogether, I've got no regrets to note! There have been some nice community events, and the pool area is lovely and well equipped. The lake is beautiful and visited by a lot of neat wildlife.

Can’t praise the office staff enough. Katie, Laura & Samatha are always very friendly & have been extremely helpful with a particular issue. Katie has provided several options to help resolve it & always follows through when she says she intends on doing something, there’s no doubt she will & will keep me updated as well. All their help is very much appreciated. Many thanks to each of them. Roy, from maintenance, is always very thorough with every work order & often goes over & beyond. He always takes the time to discuss & provide resolutions to all my concerns, which I appreciate. The entire maintenance staff has always been excellent & dependable. Many thanks to them.

From the initial tour, through the application process, move-in and beyond I have had nothing but positive experiences at North Beach on Kernan. Laura and Samantha in the office were phenomenal. they answered my long list of questions professionally and based on their deep knowledge of the property. I am only 5'2" tall and it was absolutely no problem for Tony from Maintenance to drop by to lower my kitchen cabinet shelves for me to make them more accessible.The unit was so clean you couldn't tell anyone else had ever lived in it. I have been here a week and have yet to hear any noise from my adjoining neighbor, who has two younger sons, nor from the apartment above me. The grounds team are constantly keeping the property perfect. 10/10 recommend!.
