3 Best Auto Parts Stores in Jacksonville, FL

O'Reilly often has some of the things I need that the other stores dont. If they dont have an item on hand, they can have it brought in from another location the same day. While thats nice & all, I usually just go to that store to get it myself.

The guy behind the counter was so helpful. He looked up multiple things to help us find the right part and my husband was able to replace it and get my son and his friends home that night! They were stranded over an hour away from home, so it really meant a lot to have the right part to get them home safely!

Okay I have been to this location today And Shaun It is extremely knowledgeable of my automobile gave me great advice and was even willing to help if I needed Any help at all? I was very grateful and I thanked him for his knowledge and took the advice that he offered . This store was very clean and the other staff were very helpful as well. I will be sending other people to this location and me. And my sister was very happy With the service this evening.

The company itself should be ashamed at how much strain and stress it has put on its workers because they do not get treated well, paid well enough, etc. The manager and the employees went above and beyond to assist me, even though I was upset with the long hold times. They deserve to be treated better and staffed properly so that customers are not getting upset due to such long hold times both over the phone and in store.

Braden & Emmett were awesome! Took time out to explain what was going on with the car it needed a spark plug change they did that and also gave us advice on getting an oil conception test from my car. They were patient and kind. Superb customer service. I love coming to this store. The people are always friendly and willing to help out.
