JAX FURNITURE REFINISHING & UPHOLSTERING REVIEWS

We asked Jax Furniture Refinishing & Upholstering to refinish a beautiful old Ethan Allen dining room table — well loved but well used, it needed a complete stripping and refinishing. The biggest concern was that the beautiful grain on the table would be swept away in the process. Although every other person with whom we had consulted had refused the job, Jax Furniture Refinishing took on the challenge. Here is the result — we are so very happy to have our beautiful table so beautifully restored.

Jax Furniture recovered this couch and 2 chairs. They did a fantastic job. The staff are super knowledgeable and helpful. I now am having them refinish 2 pieces of furniture. Will post photos of those when they are finished. Thank you, thank you.

We asked for our 18 year old glove leather sofa/lounge to be made smaller to better fit our new home. Bill and team did a superb job-you cannot tell that it wasn't this way from the beginning.

Lindy did an incredible job on our dining room chairs. Our chairs were “tired” looking and too soft after years of entertaining a big family. He literally brought them back to life! Lindy was so professional from start to finish. He delivered our quote in a timely manner and was very competitive. He did an amazing job as the chairs were perfect! He had them done exactly when he said he would and that meant tons to us since they are our dining room chairs. Lindy takes such pride in his craft and is such a pleasure to work with here in Jax. He is also in a very convenient and accessible location.

I was totally satisfied from the beginning to the end. Very lovely work. Professional, with great response time. Returns calls/texts in a timely fashion. Thank you Lindy for restoring a 30 year old, very sentimental recliner to a beautiful new piece of furniture with your artistic talents. Reupholstered a couch we purchased 30 years ago. It was the most comfortable couch we owned but fabric was showing wear. We had priced out with another company and they wanted double what we paid for Lee to redo our couch. It is beautiful and still the most comfortable couch we own. We are so happy with the quality and price. I will use them again.

I had beautiful chairs that needed more padding in them as the chairs were used. If you sat in them you would sink in. I took the chairs to Lee’s upholstery and they returned them to me looking amazing. I sat in them and no more sinking in. I highly recommend them for any upholstery. Plus they are reasonably priced.

They have been in business for many years & are trusted professional upholsters with a neighborhood welcome.
