Floor and Decor are definitely one of the best places that I go to! I visited this store before and since then this is one of the main stores that I go to whenever I need some things in my house. Their customer service is very great, a big 10 out of 10. The staff was also very friendly and outgoing, loving their vibes and how they can also become very professional about their work. They are also very helpful which is a great, great thing. Helping me to look for the things that I need that I can’t usually find, really. Their selections were neat, very organized and I love their tiles the best! I love everything there as it looks all neat and stuff but their tiles are the first stuff that I actually bought from there, the first time I came. Perfect products, some might be quite expensive but the quality is just unbelievable. Surprising that the things I need are always in there. They assist very nicely, the stalls and products are neat and organized. Highlighted with such great things. Love this place, definitely recommending it. Keep up the great work.

Five stars for Steven and his Floor & Decor team! We are working on some major home renovations and Steven has been such a wonderful helping hand each step of the way. He is incredibly patient and knowledgeable. Even though he is very busy as a manager, he always makes sure to help answer all of our questions every time we visit the store. Thank you Steven -- we shall be back.

I love this place!!! The team members are so courteous and professional who go beyond for their customers. I quickly needed some floor tile and had to get it from 2 other locations, one of which was in Arlington Heights. With no time to go there, Chris Brinko (who lives close by that store) volunteered to pick it up and bring it to the Addison store for me so I could have it the next day. Great customer service, prices, and inventory.
