Next Day Floors

Bryan Smith came to our home as we were looking to redo our kitchen floor. He was so personable and honest. He wasn’t rushing to get through appointments like we have experienced with salespeople before. Bryan had the knowledge and expertise in flooring and construction that we were confident in going with Next Day Floors. Bryan even made a courtesy trip out to our house to inspect a floor issue we came across before installation. We were so impressed by him. It’s so hard to find an honest, trustworthy salesman these days!! He now is helping another family member with carpet installation. Next time we need flooring we will reach out to Bryan-he’s the best.

John Schmelzer provided stellar customer service and was extremely knowledgeable about the product. He was very attentive to my needs and particular situation and made recommendations to help me make a wonderful choice in flooring for my basement. He was hands-on in every phase of the process and even hand-picked our installer who made quick work of the task to be completed. I was impressed that the job was installed and finished in one day’s time. Great experience! I will be calling on them again in the future when we have another renovation.

After almost 9 months of testing the staff's patience with my choice of vinyl sheet goods for the kitchen, I can say that they were wonderful! John was always kind, understanding, & helpful - great customer service. The final choice of the flooring arrived exactly as expected. Mario & his crew installed it efficiently & quickly, with attention to our concerns. Great job.
