The staff were excellent and very patient in explaining all the details of my mom's service and funeral arrangements. I found them to be fair and honest. Even though my mom prepaid for everything years before her passing, Green Acres sent me a sizeable refund check for an overpayment their financial department found rather than rationalizing to keep it. My family was impressed with their service and we will also be layed to rest there.
Alexis at Green Acres was lovely to work with. She has a perfect personality to work with people who are grieving. I am so grateful that over 20 years ago we bought pre-need insurance. The follow through was noteworthy.
Everyone was very accommodating during a difficult time! Alexis and Steve were attentive and helpful! The service was beautiful for my Mom.
