Called Apex because my garage door was making lots of noise, and figured it was time for an inspection and some lubrication. The woman on the phone was nice and pleasant, she scheduled Tom for a service call same day. He was on time, performed the service, replaced my original steel rollers with new nylon ones, and the door is now smooth and quiet! Thanks Apex.

On a Sunday they promptly answered on my 1st call. Explained they were on a job site and explained they would stop by later that day. He came early on a Sunday afternoon and replaced a broken spring. He had the tools and supplies with him to complete the job. Inspected my current garage door and opener and explained they were excellent quality and the satisfactory condition requiring only minor lubrication.
