John the repair guy was great. The people in the office were responsive when I called. The only downside was that they could not narrow down the time of arrival so I had to wait all day. Finally arrived at 5:30 and did a nice and quick job on the repair. Would have been better had they been able to provide a 4-hour window for arrival.
Paul was our plumber today and was fantastic. I highly recommend and hope the next time we have plumbing issues he is able to help us out again. He was very knowledgeable, able to explain why our problems occurred and addressed it all in one day. Thank you Paul for your help, it is very much appreciated and thank you plumbing and A/C medic!

Everything about this company is refreshingly positive. Scheduling was easy and painless with Jennifer. Michael arrived as scheduled and was able to quickly identify the problem with our water heater. He not only provided a cost-effective resolution but he then took the time to address a couple other plumbing issues we’d been dealing with that weren’t on the work order NOR the invoice. :-) Easily the best company I’ve dealt with in years.
Ac by J is an amazing company! Their appointment process is fast and resolved the issue we had with our heating system within the same day!. The technicians are friendly and very helpful! They also offer a membership that maintenance your units before summer and before winter, which I think it’s a great deal and a great preventative method to keep your systems running properly.
I would highly recommend this business they were professional and very helpful. Their pricing was fair and their communication was very good about the problem. They were also not pushy in selling product, but let you know if you needed anything they were there. My tech was Freddy Perez he was great he was great about looking over system and recommending a fix. They call you before they fix anything explained the price and the repair. Caleb was a great technician. He was very knowledgeable and gave a thorough explanation of all of his findings. He helped me understand what was wrong and provided me with options of how and when to address the issues with the units. Highly recommend.
From start to finish the Larson’s team was fantastic. After calling several other companies first, Larson’s was the only company able to get me scheduled for an after hours service call the same day. I was given an arrival window for a technician from 5-8pm and notified that if receiver a call 30 mins prior to their arrival. Lyle called me at 5:20 and was knocking on my door just a few minutes after 5:50. Lyle was able to diagnose my problem, provide a solution, implement the repair, and was cleaned up and walking out just before 6:30. Very impressed with the Larson team and will definitely call them again for any future service needs.
I absolutely loved the prompt and professional communication, from making the appointment, alerting me that the technician was on his way, and even sent a picture of the technician to ensure we stay safe and only open the door for the right person! Honest work, shared all of the details and pictures of the unit as well as the current performance. Highly recommend them!
