Friendly and informative. He always greeted me with handshake and also when he was leaving. Any questions I had he would explain them clearly. He offered suggestions and made changes that made my life more simpler. The best suggestion he made was to put a dimmer switch in the bathroom. Perfect. When he changed the light switches in the master bedroom, he noticed that I had put tape over one of the switches and asked why. I told him that because that switch controls the refrigerator in my room, I put it there so I wouldn't turn the power off (which I had done previously). He explained to me that he can change it over to a "constant" power and I wouldn't have to worry about killing the power to my refrigerator. He also rearranged the layout, which made more convenient for me. First switch ceiling fan light, second switch ceiling fan, third switch constant power (no switch needed). Liam is a great employee. He is a keeper.

I was pleasantly surprised to find there really is a company that seems to be run efficiently and effectively. Beginning with the estimater, to the schedulers and finally the electricians. Super, super good job. I was given a schedule and updates on all phases. The work was (don’t tell anyone) better than I expected. My new charger for the car was installed in the best possible location for ME! Not the easiest way for them. Thank you.

Alex was prompt and cordial. He knew the code and explained everything to me. I appreciate the quick service! Terry was extremely knowledgeable and courteous. He worked diligently all day to ensure the job was completed by the end of the day. There was no trace of debris when he left, which was great! I will recommend Mr Sparky in the future to others.

Robert was early for the job and was well prepared to walk thru the project/process. For a new EV owner, both men were excellent on their communication. Thanks for the work... We'll be back!

John from Castle Electric was super helpful in answering all my questions about installing my home EV charger. He couldn’t have made it more simple getting everything scheduled to getting the permits. He did it all. When it came to the actual installation, Robert did an excellent job installing the home EV charger. His 30 years of experience shown through. I highly recommend Caste Electric.

Robert & Braydon did an awesome job installing my Tesla wall charger. They were fast, unobtrusive, and the finished install looks super clean. I will definitely be using Castle Electric again for any electric needs I have in the future.
