Dean and his team did a great job replacing some wooden posts and beams that had rotted with the patio roof ready to fall. Two of the posts were integrated into the barbeque. They figured out how to replace with minimal damage to the tiled barbeque area. Dean was great to work with and didn't try to "upsell" which happens for often. Highly recommend.
It is great to have a relationship with a contractor that you TRUST and RESPECT. We have used Dean multiple times and on multiple properties to assist us. In fact, I have even recommended him to other family members - that should tell you something.
I did not end up using Dean and BCS for my roof, but I thought he deserved a positive review anyway. Dean was very helpful and patient with a solid plan and reasonable price.
