Bought our home in Carefree last May. Needed major remodeling of the pool and deck. The nightmare began quickly. Like the wild west. The majority of suppliers I contacted never showed up for the estimate appointments and of those that did the majority never got back with the quotes!! What??? My trust level of this industry was rock bottom. Then I found Aquaman and Greg Anderson. What a relief. Greg was accessible, and accountable every step of the way. He was really committed to the project and went way above and beyond. Great guy! The job was started and finished on time and looks beautiful!! So happy with everything. If you call Aquaman for a remodel, insist on Greg Anderson. You won't be disappointed.

I was concerned my pool vacuum had not been working, my pool tech Jack looked into it right away and got it working like a breeze. He took the extra step to show me how he got it working so I’m educated in the future. Greatly appreciate him taking the time to do this and going the extra mile to help me learn. He does an amazing job keeping my pool and equipment looking and running great.

After having some challenges with other pool companies for over a year, I called up Aquaman and it was the best decision I have ever made with regard to pool maintenance. John was on the spot and followed up the next day to be sure the job was done right. would give 6 stars if i could! Awesome service !.

Dylan came to do our weekly service of cleaning and checking chemicals on our pool today. He started out by texting me telling me he was on his way. He then asked if there was anything specific he could do, I suggested a few things that I saw that could be problematic. He sent me pictures when he was done. I always get a printout from Crystal falls pools saying exactly what the technician has done Each time! I also have special notes to make sure the gate is always locked. I have a dog that runs and have never had a problem. I appreciate them going above and beyond when it comes to any pool concerns.

Crystal Falls has always been a great pool company for us. I have been using them for 10 years and have always been extremely happy with the service. This week I asked if they could come to my house twice because we are having an open house. Brandon Pieper didn't hesitate to add me to his schedule the very next day. He was willing to come to our house late in the afternoon after he finished his day of pool cleanings. He did a thorough and fantastic job! I am grateful that he went above and beyond for a customer! What a great person they have working for them.

Crystal Falls Pool Service is one of the best, if not the best, pool companies I have used. Ben Harper, my technician, is exemplary. He is prompt, reliable, knowledgeable, and very professional. I am extremely please with his service, and recommend Crystal Falls for all pool needs.

Secondly they are always on time and their communication both from the techs and the office has been amazing. Lastly, and most importantly, they are just nice people! Thanks to Steven, Nick and Tara. Y'all are fantastic.

Bruce is so helpful and patient with my many questions about our pool and spa. He always treats me like I’m NOT a bother when I know sometimes I am. They are quick to answer the phone or get back to you if you leave voicemail. I would recommend them.

Aqua Blue handles 2 pool for us. The pool techs are prompt, friendly and responsible. The office staff has good communication and billing is a breeze. Great company.
