If I could leave 6 stars I would. After conducting a search for a home security camera installation company in the Sun City West locale, I decided on choosing AZ CCTV & Security and happy I did so. I was thoroughly impressed with Joe, our camera system installer. Joe initially conducted an on-site exterior inspection of our home. Joe recommended strategic camera installation locations for maximum viewing coverage. He also tested the strength of our home network signal to ensure all cameras had strong signals for proper camera operation. Additionally, Joe sat down with me at our kitchen table to discuss the various camera choices available as well as the operating features of those cameras. I felt I was not oversold in the least on this project. As part of this project, all camera equipment and mounting hardware was placed with Joe. On the installation day, I found Joe to be the consummate professional. Prior to camera placement, Joe demonstrated what the viewing angles and coverage would look like, and with my approval of the installation locations, Joe installed 4 exterior cameras as well as a doorbell camera. After all cameras were installed, Joe provided me with an exceptional tutorial, teaching me how the camera software worked with my cellular devices. Lastly, with this project completed, Joe said don’t hesitate to call AZ CCTV & Security with any additional questions about our camera equipment or anything related to this job. I used this security system company after a recent upgrade to my equipment. I'm fairly savvy on AV equipment but could not figure out a couple of complicated things. Turns out that a recent power outage knocked out some of the hidden settings. The tech arrived on time, was quick to grasp what the issues were and went right to work. Everything is now perfect with the system. I would highly recommend this company to others. All too often in AZ you find that you know more about the situation than the tech does. Not here. These guys know what they are doing and get it done correctly. Prices were attractive too.

We wanted to use a local company for servicing our CCTV system and AZ CCTV did not disappoint! The technician was on time, very knowledgeable, and made sure we understood how the new app worked before he left. I couldn't be more pleased. Will definitely use again if the need arises and won't hesitate to refer them out.

Brian is the nicest man who is thoroughly knowledgeable and trustworthy. He breaks everything down in the estimate so you know exactly what you’re getting and can decide for yourself what you want to include in your system. He’s also excellent at follow up and super flexible. Charles was extremely efficient and kind during setup making usage a breeze. I’d highly recommend them over some of the bigger companies due to the great, fast customer service, and their monthly monitoring price is very reasonable.
