I can't say enough about these wonderful people. During a tough time, they were there helping me along every step of the way. Karl was patient, helpful, knowledgeable, thorough, and thoughtful. He even offered to research if my dad was eligible for Veteran's benefits (he was, and I had no idea!) at no extra charge. Their prices were more than fair, and their entire staff was kind and sensitive, from the very first phone call up until the very end. My deepest heartfelt thanks to Karl and staff.
