With all the scariness in cost going up, I reached out to Cressy Door from a friend whom used them. Dennis came and assured me this job was common and that they could handle it all along with my extra requests. There was a disclaimer I signed saying the price might go up due to tariffs, but this was a big desire for our home and I am very happy it has been completed and even more happier I used Cressy! Sam our technician was efficient and kind and allowed for me to watch over part of his work, he also taught me some tricks and shared stories of his home and family life!! I shall ask this company to service my fireplace as well now that I am aware they do that too!! Great communication with their administrative assistants about schedule and online payments!! The install went well and all the garbage and old material was taken off site to leave me a clean garage!!.

Sam, arrived within the agreed arrival period. He was friendly, helpful and knowledgeable. Overall he was great to work with. We have an old flat lift door (1950s) very heavy and the lift works great. We have an existing garage door opener on the second door and Sam was able to program them both to perform with the fobs and 4-digit entry code box exactly the way we wanted. Scheduling was easy to setup and in a timely fashion and the price was fair. A couple of years ago we used Cressy to install two fireplaces and now the garage door opener. They have all been great experiences. Cressy has become our “go to” when it involves doors or fireplaces.
