Professional, discussed all cleaning options and made recommendations, friendly, quick, safely moved furnishings, exceptional attention to detail in first vacuuming and removing all spots and raking carpet after cleaning. Jordan was outstanding—efficient, professional, and meticulous. He managed to remove some particularly stubborn stains, and now the carpet looks brand new. He also completed the job for less than the estimated cost, which I truly appreciated. I’ll definitely be calling Empire again.

John did an amazing job! I was impressed with the work and service. 10/10! He showed up on time and was upbeat and professional. I will use his services again for another property and will recommend him to all of my friends. Thankful to have found a reliable and reasonably priced carpet expert.

John was responsive, friendly and professional. He went above and beyond with his service and made sure I was happy with the work and able to provide documentation to my landlord to get our security deposit back.

We highly recommend this company! Kris was friendly and professional and did a wonderful job, especially on our dirty stairs. They get an A-plus for communication: Tyler set up the appointment and answered all our questions on the phone. We will definitely use them again and have already recommended them to our friends and neighbors.

Our technician was friendly, professional and he did a great job. He explained adding the pet treatment would help remove all our pet stains & some blood stains from our dogs nail accident. Carpets look clean & hopefully the stains dont come back after carpets are dry.

Our cleaners were courteous, knowledgeable , and efficient. They were willing to answer all my questions about their products and their process. I love the fact that both process and product are environmentally friendly. My carpets look and smell terrific.
